Are you an French speaker looking for an exciting opportunity abroad? We are hiring French Customer Service Representatives to join an international team supporting a global client. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment while developing your customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Assist with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Follow up on customer requests and escalate issues when necessary.
Fluent French (C1/C2)
Good English communication skills (B2)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Willingness to relocate to the Portugal
European Passport, no sponsorship provided
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
