Leading FinTech recruitment & executive search firm Captura Search has been selected by our high growth FinTech client to lead their search for a Head of Client Implementation Projects for the ANZ Region

This is a unique career opportunity, with the opportunity to create and establish 'best of breed' customer led initiatives. Reporting directly to the regional COO, you will lead a growing team with responsibility for key client implementation projects. There is an impressive portfolio of clients including market leading global investment managers & investment banks. You will be given the autonomy to develop and own your "business unit" as a profit centre. This is a highly client focused and challenging opportunity with vast amounts of potential.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Line management of the teams responsible for implementation and project management.
  • Partnering with regional management to deliver a seamless and collaborative experience for clients, both local and global in nature
  • P&L responsibility for this business unit
  • Establishing a dynamic framework in which your team members will operate, leading to world class solutions for clients

Appropriate professionals will bring:

  • Experience in a similar Project Management and Implementation leadership for a FinTech vendor focused on buy or sell side clients or someone who has led major projects and is now ready to lead a group to deliver success.
  • Business and systems knowledge in the Buy Side or Sell Side Fintech domain would be beneficial, with systems providers like:

  • This professional must be accustomed to running teams responsible for delivering complex implementation projects to multiple high priority clients who are demanding and have high expectation levels
  • A strong client-centric focus and interfacing ability is key in this position, with excellent client management skills
  • The capability to put in place proven processes to escalate client priorities accordingly, and so your team has an established and established way of working which leads to client success
  • Excited by the opportunity to take on a key role in establishing and growing an operation
