Nous recherchons un(e) Lead Project Manager (H/F).

Notre client a défini son Target Operating Model (TOM) pour les opérations de support aux hôtels. La priorité porte désormais sur la mise en œuvre progressive du modèle, sa déclinaison opérationnelle et la sécurisation de son déploiement dans un environnement multi-régions, multi-langues et multi-vendors.

Job Description

Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

Traduction du TOM en dispositifs opérationnels concrets

Déclinaison du modèle cible en processus, rôles et interactions opérationnelles

Clarification des points de dépendance et d'arbitrage

Formalisation des prérequis au déploiement (outils, compétences, gouvernance)

Sécurisation du plan de transition

Structuration du plan de déploiement (phases, priorités, risques)

Identification des quick wins et des points de vigilance

Aide à la coordination des parties prenantes internes et externes

Appui pour les appels d'offres et la sélection des partenaires

Contribution à la définition des critères opérationnels et SLAs

Analyse structurée des réponses vendors (qualité / capacité / risques)

Mise en place des KPIs et rituels de suivi

Qualifications

Issu(e) d'une formation en informatique, vous avez plus de 10 ans d'expérience en opérations / support / customer ops / ITSM.

Les compétences attendues sont les suivantes :

Vous avez des compétences en Call center et en Program management.

Vous avez une bonne expérience en déploiement de modèles opérationnels.

Vous avez l'habitude de travailler avec des BPO et en environnement multi-vendors.

Capacité à faire le lien entre stratégie, opérationnel et vendors.

Anglais courant indispensable.
