EFOR is Hiring: Head of Process & Standards (H/F) – France/International

Your Mission

As Head of Process & Standards, you will structure, optimize, and elevate project management practices across EFOR Group. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will lead the deployment of best practices, innovative tools, and targeted training, empowering our teams to achieve EFOR's strategic goals on an international scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish & Implement:
    Develop and roll out unified frameworks and standards for project management, in full compliance with pharmaceutical requirements.
  • Lead & Mentor:
    Guide, coach, and support project managers, business managers, and experts—driving high performance in demanding environments.
  • Ensure Excellence:
    Utilize KPIs, advanced tools, and sound financial management to maximize project performance and compliance.
  • Standardize Development:
    Define standardized career paths for Delivery teams, supporting their growth and mobility.
  • Foster Collaboration:
    Build a vibrant project management community through ongoing knowledge sharing and strategic coaching.
  • Oversee Performance:
    Conduct rigorous analysis and reporting to ensure successful delivery of projects and competitive bids.
  • Drive Transformation:
    Play an active role in strategic initiatives including internationalization, digitalization, and change management.

What We're Looking For

  • Extensive Consulting Experience:
    Minimum 15 years' experience, including demonstrated success advising clients and transforming processes on a large scale.
  • Pharma Project Expertise:
    Significant background managing complex, multi-million euro/dollar projects in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
  • Leadership:
    Proven ability to lead and mentor multicultural, cross-functional teams of project managers.
  • CQV Mastery:
    In-depth knowledge of Commissioning, Qualification & Validation (CQV) and industry standards.
  • Outstanding Communication:
    Ability to unite, motivate, and inspire diverse teams with clear, effective communication.
  • Analytical Strength:
    High-level analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
  • Language:
    Fluent English (essential for international collaboration, documentation, and training); French proficiency is a plus.
