Nous recherchons un Ingénieur Backend Senior orienté Golang pour rejoindre notre équipe basée à Paris. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la conception et le développement de nos systèmes backend, tout en contribuant à l'évolution de nos produits tech.
MissionsConcevoir, développer et maintenir des applications backend robustes avec Golang
Collaborer avec les équipes produit, frontend et DevOps pour garantir la qualité et la performance
Participer aux décisions architecturales et à l'amélioration continue de nos systèmes
Garantir la sécurité, la scalabilité et la maintenabilité des solutions
Encadrer et partager les bonnes pratiques avec des profils juniors
Minimum 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle en ingénierie logicielle, dont une expertise solide sur le backend
Maîtrise confirmée de Golang et des architectures distribuées
Bonne connaissance des bases de données (SQL/NoSQL), API REST, microservices
Expérience significative en environnement startup ou scaleup fortement appréciée
Capacité à travailler sous pression, dans un environnement évolutif et dynamique
Excellent sens de la communication en français (écrit et oral)
Forte autonomie, esprit d'initiative, et orientation résultats
Contribution à des projets open source
Maîtrise d'autres langages back end (Node, Python, Java...)
Expérience avec le cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Migration node js vers Go
Équipe dynamique et bienveillante, environnement stimulant
Flexibilité et équilibre vie pro / vie perso (2 jours télétravail/semaine)
