Principal Project Consultant:

• Takes full responsibility for leading major transformation programs (business and IT) on behalf of large clients.
• Manages highly complex and high-stakes operations that integrate multiple dimensions (consulting, software development, ERP integration, application maintenance, change management, etc.) in a distributed delivery model (service centers, nearshore, offshore…).
• Acts as the main point of contact for the client at the highest level, ensuring SAP's commitments and customer satisfaction while adhering to SAP's business model.
• Manages project commitments (cost, timeline, quality, risks…), leads multi-disciplinary teams (+/- 100 people) and partners throughout the project lifecycle, and contributes to business development within the account.
• Also participates in pre-sales and bid management activities to shape and win large-scale deals.

PROFILE / REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 10 years of experience in SAP project implementation, including at least 5 years as Project Manager.
• Strong knowledge of SAP solutions (e.g., HANA, Cloud).
• Proven ability to manage crises in a delivery context.
• Excellent command of English and French, both written and spoken.
• Geographic flexibility / international travel expected (EMEA region).
