Creative Strategist - Contenu Social Media (organique & ads)
Foryou Lab, c'est l'agence des vidéos virales.
Notre mission : aider nos clients à devenir visibles et crédibles auprès de la bonne audience en créant du contenu social media qui performe, puis transformer ces vues en communautés fidèles, puis en euros.
Aujourd'hui, on cherche une plume créative pour renforcer l'équipe sur certains projets clients.
Ta mission
Tu seras le cerveau créatif derrière chaque projet de ton portefeuille clients :
- Imaginer des concepts de vidéos social media originaux, pertinents et déclinables.
- Trouver l'équilibre entre objectifs marketing du client et attentes de l'audience.
- Écrire des scripts efficaces, pensés pour capter l'attention dès les premières secondes, et la garder jusqu'à la fin.
Le profil qu'on cherche
- Tu as idéalement déjà travaillé en agence, en création de contenu.
- Tu passes (beaucoup) de temps sur TikTok et Instagram.
- Tu comprends les mécaniques d'attention, de storytelling court, et les attentes des utilisateurs.
- Tu sais écrire vite, bien, et pour l'écran.
- Tu es curieux·se, exigeant·e et ambitieux·se, toujours en train de chercher la prochaine bonne idée.
- Tu comprends les codes actuels des réseaux, sans les copier bêtement.
Le format de la collab
- Freelance, full remote
- Collaboration régulière selon les projets
- Travail en collaboration étroite avec l'équipe création, production et post-prod
- Une fois la confiance établie : liberté créative quasi totale
