Who We Are
Singulier provides strategic and transformation support for private equity/investment funds and established companies. We collaborate with our clients to establish task forces that can perform strategic digital operations resulting in rapid and sustainable impact. We create meaningful value by leveraging our deep expertise in digital, data, and technology to serve forward-thinking ventures.

Our diverse team of approximately 80 professionals based in London, Paris & Munich is divided into two groups: technical experts (including data engineers, digital media experts, and UX experts), and digital strategy consultants. Our members are graduates of the best business and engineering schools and possess extensive experience in the field. Founded in 2017, we have grown rapidly and are currently expanding to Germany.

What You'll Do
As an
AI Transformation Associate Director,
you'll drive Singulier's most advanced AI missions, combining strategic impact with hands-on technical leadership. You'll lead engagements across
Due Diligence
,
Transformation
,
Implementation
, and B
uild
, with a strong focus on
LLM architectures
,
AI Agentix frameworks
, and
AI-enabled business models
.

You will be both a
trusted advisor
to executives and a
technical architect
capable of designing and building scalable AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities

  • AI & Tech Due Diligence

  • Assess AI, data, and tech maturity in investment contexts.

  • Evaluate model architectures, scalability, and business impact potential.

  • Identify key value levers and technology risks for investors.

  • Transformation & AI Strategy

  • Define AI roadmaps and data strategies aligned with value creation goals.

  • Design architectures leveraging LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and AI Agentix ecosystems.

  • Translate AI opportunities into tangible operating model shifts.

  • Implementation & Build

  • Lead end-to-end design and build of AI systems and intelligent agents.

  • Collaborate with engineering and data teams to operationalize prototypes at scale.

  • Ensure robustness, security, and efficiency in deployed solutions.

  • Practice Leadership & Growth

  • Contribute to building Singulier's AI frameworks, playbooks, and accelerators.

  • Mentor teams on AI engineering, productization, and client impact.
  • Support business development and thought leadership initiatives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in AI, data, or applied tech consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of LLMs, AI Agentix frameworks, and system architecture design.
  • Proven experience in building and deploying production-grade AI or data systems.
  • Track record in Due Diligence, digital transformation, or AI delivery.
  • Strategic mindset and ability to simplify complex tech topics for C-level audiences.
  • Hands-on familiarity with modern AI stacks (LangChain, Vector DBs, MLOps, etc.) is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and French.
