ITINERANT SERVICE TECHNICIAN M/FLocation  Itinerant at least 50% in FrancePosition based near the office in Saint-Cyr-l'EcolePosition Summary Assist in the development of the company's Services activity in conjunction with the sales teams and customers, in order to guarantee operational and commercial performance as well as customer satisfaction in line with the commercial strategy established by the company.ResponsibilitiesAudits/Measurements:Carry out audits/measurements of air quality at customers' sites and establish recommendations and reportingAfter-sales service:Receive customer service telephone requests for a pre-diagnosis for an intervention if necessaryProvide prevention, information and recommendations to customers. You are a source of proposals for after-sales service and make recommendations adapted to the customer's needs.Manage troubleshooting prioritiesDraw up after-sales service intervention reportsInstallations/Commissioning of equipmentCarry out expertise, repairs, preventive and curative maintenance, installations and commissioning at customers' sites (national territory; metropolitan France, and more rarely abroad). Travel represents at least 50% of the time; the rest of the time will be spent on facilities and office (administrative, etc.).
