What a day in the life of the Data Product Lead for Commerce team looks like:

As Data Product Lead for Commerce, you'll translate complex commerce challenges into powerful solutions on our modern Google Cloud Platform, directly influencing how L'Oréal innovates.

In this role, you will:

• Co-drive strategy with business partners for new, high-impact analytics use cases.
• Orchestrate an agile squad of data engineers to bring your product vision to life.
• Partner closely with business leaders to build a deep understanding of their needs.
• Continuously innovate and enhance our core data assets, ensuring operational excellence.
• Contribute to build roll-out, testing & change management plans/

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

First and foremost, we love people that are curious, collaborative, eager to have an impact, proactive and who value innovation, autonomy, and team spirit.

Secondly, in this specific position, it will be important for you to have:

Must Have

• 5 years' experience in a Business Facing position in IT
• Strong Knowledge of the Agile Process
• Understanding of key Data concepts
• Strong Stakeholder Management skills, ability to challenge both Functional & Technical Stakeholders

Nice to have

• Experience working in or close to the field of Sales or Trade Marketing
• Experience working on Data Lakes, Data Platforms, or other projects related to Data
