MISSIONS

• Act as our client HSE site rep, monitoring Subcontractor activities to check compliance to Contract and legal requirements responding to HSE scope lead
• Participate / lead site HSE inspections and audits and monitor remedialactions follow-up
• Participate in site incidentinvestigations and reviewsite HSE reporting
• Support the cascading of HSE campaignsand lesson learntto subcontractor
• Proficiency with written and email communication including use of MS Office (Word, Excel,etc.)
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship buildingskills to work effectively with Subcontractor site leadership and supervisors and act as site Saipem HSE rep.
• Good verbal and writtencommunication skills which include the ability to speak, write and listenin a manner that clarifies issues,promotes closure and delivers information in a clear and concisemanner and facilitates good decision-making is required.

Technical Requirements :

• Fluent in English and French (oral and writing)
• Good knowledge about
  IOGP 577
• ISO auditor 14001 would be plus as well as any demonstrating competence on lifting operations and industrial hygiene according to French legislation.
• Familiarity with national and international regulations for yard fabrication activities, lifting operations and port activities
