SUMMARY OF POSITION
As part of Curium's growing strategic focus on uro-oncology and prostate cancer, and to support the growth of its PSMA PET portfolio, Curium is seeking a
Product Manager – Uro-Oncology
. Reporting directly to the
Director of Operational Marketing International
, this role will lead a dedicated program aimed at activating and strengthening collaboration between Nuclear Medicine Specialists, Urologists, and Radiotherapists.
The position plays a central role in driving awareness, engagement, and alignment across the uro-oncology ecosystem, contributing to Curium's ambition to improve access to innovative diagnostic solutions in prostate cancer.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1/ Program Leadership: coordinate the design and rollout of uro-oncolgy engagement activities across select countries in Europe and Middle-East:
- Collection and centralization of market intelligence through desk research, market research, interviews, boards and other methods
- Development of high-level connections with key stakeholders of the Uro-oncology sphere: Societies, workgroups, KOLs and others
- Development and structuring of Curium value propositions and materials targeted at the Uro-Oncology community
- Mapping of patient pathways and field practices of Nuclear Medicine Specialists, Urologists and Radiotherapists in the PSMA PET field
- Design and rollout of a set central initiatives to raise awareness on PSMA PET.
- Coordination and support of the roll out of local educational and awareness initiatives on PSMA PET
- Monitoring and reporting of the program including project planning and KPI follow-up
- Integration of the program within the Curium roadmap in Prostate cancer
2/ Governance and Compliance:
- GDPR, Pharma promotion, Curium code of conduct
- Contribute to and integrate within the Strategic planning and Marketing planning exercises
- Budget monitoring and reporting
REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience(s)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years in product/program management within pharmaceuticals, medical device, or diagnostics, with at least 3 years in a uro-oncology field.
- Proven experience leading complex, multi-component marketing or engagement programs across Europe, including event management and stakeholder engagement.
Required skills / hard skills
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally within a matrix organization.
- Excellent project management and strategic planning skills, with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to support data-driven decision-making.
- Full professional fluency in English.
Preferred skills / Soft skills
- Knowledge of nuclear medicine and prostate cancer is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with medical professionals and internal stakeholders.
- Strong passion for improving oncology patient outcomes and driving innovation in diagnostic access.
- French or Spanish is a plus.
