Our client (Group of Companies) is a trading and manufacturing group with diverse investments in consumer goods, electronics, automobile accessories, paper, and many more high-impact products. Due to expansion, they are currently in need of a DOCUMENTATION OFFICER.

Location: Lagos State

Job Summary: As a Documentation Officer, you will be responsible for the accurate preparation, management, and safekeeping of critical treasury documents. Your contributions will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency, transparency, and compliance of treasury operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage trade documentation related to ECD, BoE, and other required papers.
  • Track the entire process of import documentation from initiation to clearance.
  • Banking and Relationship Management
  • Maintain productive relationships with banks and financial institutions.
  • Prepare and maintain various treasury reports and trackers.
  • Facility Management and Documentation
  • Handle documentation for bank facilities and other related activities.
  • Coordinate with banks for execution of instructions and facility-related matters.
  • Perform other ancillary tasks as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • A motivated and detail-oriented individual
  • Strong interest in finance and accounting
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic office applications
  • Previous experience in an administrative or finance-related role is an added advantage.
