About The Role:
We're looking for a talented and experienced
Video Editor
to join our team and help transform YouTube content into engaging, high-quality videos for
Facebook
and
Snapchat
. This role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling, creating catchy intros, and making content accessible and easy to consume for all audiences.
What You'll Do:
- Edit and transform YouTube content into engaging, high-quality videos tailored for Facebook and Snapchat
- Craft compelling intros and structure videos to maximize audience retention and engagement Ensure content is accessible, easy to follow, and appealing to a broad audience
- Collaborate with content leads to refine storylines and optimize videos for each platform
- Deliver projects on time while maintaining a high standard of quality and consistency
What We're Looking For:
- Deep understanding of social media video formats and best practices
- 3+ years of experience editing videos for Facebook and Snapchat
- Expert-level knowledge of editing tools (Premiere Pro, Photoshop)
- Familiarity with MrBeast content, short-form trends, and viral social storytelling
- Ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple projects, and respond effectively to feedback
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
Hiring Process:
If selected to move forward, the interview process will include a brief introductory conversation, an editing case study, and a final interview with the Syndication team.
