Your Mission
  • Own, fine-tune, and elevate our marketing platforms: CRM, marketing automation platform, analytics, and more.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments: marketing, sales, services, and IT.
  • Analyze customer data to track results and find new ways to boost engagement.
  • Train teams on new tools, support operational colleagues on marketing best practices.
  • Manage the global customer experience survey program and maintain our contact database.
  • Keep tabs on the latest digital trends to bring innovative ideas into the business.
Your Profile
  • Passion for marketing and digital tech, and make complex platforms look easy
  • 1-5 years exposure to marketing activities in a B2B context with hands-on CRM and digital campaign and/or survey
  • Skilled at project management, clear communication, and creative problem solving.
  • Team player with a proactive, entrepreneurial spirit and strong autonomy
  • Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English: proven by a standardized test (TOEIC/IELTS 850+, Cambridge B2+), or prior work/study experience in English-speaking contexts.
  • Availability to travel occasionally globally
