About the Project
A major pharmaceutical CAPEX project is entering the construction phase, following the completion of procurement. The scope includes the extension of an existing facility and the build-out of laboratories and clean rooms to support formulation, packaging, and filling activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the coordination interface between different project work packages.
- Oversee execution studies and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Manage space planning and integration of complex lab/cleanroom environments.
- Drive project delivery in a demanding, fast-paced CAPEX context.
- Act as a senior stakeholder in engineering discussions with both the EPCM team and the client.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Senior Engineering Manager on large-scale CAPEX projects (€50–100M).
- Background in pharmaceutical or life sciences facilities (labs, cleanrooms, formulation, packaging, filling).
- Strong track record coordinating across multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
- Experience moving projects from procurement through to construction.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills in complex stakeholder environments.
- French & English required
