Le contexte
Vous rejoignez une équipe produit en pleine évolution au sein d'un acteur de l'assurance engagé dans sa transformation digitale.

L'enjeu :
concevoir des expériences utiles, simples et fiables
, pour des produits à forts impacts business et réglementaires, à destination de clients finaux et d'utilisateurs internes.

Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les
Product Managers, équipes tech, métiers et data
, au cœur d'équipes pluridisciplinaires.

Vos missions

  • Cadrage & Discovery
  • Animer des ateliers de cadrage (objectifs, besoins utilisateurs, contraintes métiers et réglementaires)
  • Clarifier les problématiques produit et formuler des hypothèses de conception
  • Contribuer à la priorisation avec le Product Manager
  • Recherche utilisateur
  • Mener en autonomie votre Research (interviews utilisateurs, observations terrain et tests utilisateurs)
  • Structurer et synthétiser les enseignements via des pratiques d'Atomic Research
  • Partager les insights de manière claire et actionnable auprès des équipes
  • Idéation & co-conception
  • Animer des ateliers d'idéation (design studio, co-création)
  • Explorer plusieurs pistes de solutions en lien avec les enjeux business et techniques
  • Challenger les solutions avec les parties prenantes
  • Conception & delivery
  • Concevoir des wireframes, maquettes et prototypes (low à high fidelity)
  • Travailler en cohérence avec le Design System
  • Préparer les assets pour le delivery et accompagner les équipes de développement
  • Participer aux rituels agiles (reviews, refinements, démos)

Votre profil

  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en Product Design / UX-UI Design
  • Expérience sur des produits digitaux complexes (idéalement dans des environnements réglementés : assurance, banque, services financiers)
  • À l'aise dans l'animation d'ateliers et la collaboration transverse
  • Capacité à passer de la vision à l'exécution
  • À l'aise avec Figma
