Mission description

You will play a key role in implementing Revaia's Coms strategy with a direct report to the Head of Communications. You will be a full member of Revaia's team, collaborating with team members to drive initiatives.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain first-hand exposure to the inner workings of a growth investment fund, and to understand how communications and sustainability act as key value creation levers for a professional investment platform

You will manage content calendar across all channels, develop and execute events, and develop new initiatives. In addition, around 20% of the internship will be dedicated to Sustainability, working closely with Revaia's Sustainability Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create content to be leveraged across all communication channels (newsletter, blog articles, videos, social posts, etc.).

o Write articles in English on current tech trends and assist the team in their writings

o Manage and develop branded content and creative assets into a range of different branded formats

o Deliver reports results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs.

• Research & briefing notes (Communications / Public Affairs):

o Prepare briefing and background notes on current economic, financial, macroeconomic, technology and regulatory topics

o Support the team in building informed narratives for external communications, events, panels and public-facing materials

o Ensure distribution on our platforms (social media channels, website, emailing)

• Branding: increasing our brand awareness across our key geographies ensuring brand consistency and clarity with our key audiences

o Maintain brand assets and website updates.

o Manage branding opportunities

• Events:

o Organisation of events with the support of the team

o Monitor the European start-up ecosystem and screen events

• Support the Sustainability Manager on transversal and ad hoc sustainability projects:

o Contribute to Revaia's ESG reporting campaigns, including data collection, coordination with portfolio companies and internal follow-up

o Assist in the preparation and structuring of Revaia's ESG report and other sustainability-related deliverables

o Help monitor ESG-related topics, frameworks and best practices relevant to growth equity and technology companies

Profile we are looking for:

• Must have: min. bachelor level or equivalent, fully proficient in English and French, excellent story-teller, doer mindset & ability to take initiative, team spirit & natural people-person.

• Strong interest in economics, finance, technology and current affairs, with the ability to analyse complex topics and translate them into clear, structured and accessible content

• Excellent writing skills, with a strong sense of synthesis and attention to accuracy

• Nice to have: experience of the start-up/tech ecosystems across Europe, familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Canva, YouTube, etc.
