leader sur les marchés de l'immobilier et l'automobile, acteur clé sur l'emploi et la location de vacances. Chaque mois leboncoin est plébiscité par 28 millions de Français qui apprécient la richesse de son offre et la facilité des échanges qu'il permet au quotidien.
Le Fields Sales Manager (FS Manager) encadre une équipe composée de Fields Sales. Il est responsable de l'accompagnement terrain, de la formation, du suivi des performances commerciales et de l'optimisation du développement du secteur. Il joue un rôle clé dans la remontée des informations stratégiques au Directeur Commercial et dans l'amélioration continue des process de vente.

Responsabilités & Activités
Management & Accompagnement Terrain
- Accompagner les FS sur le terrain pour les aider à optimiser leur discours commercial et leurs techniques de vente.
- Effectuer des double-visites clients pour perfectionner l'approche commerciale.
- Assurer un coaching personnalisé et des feedbacks réguliers aux commerciaux.
- Suivre les performances individuelles et collectives, et fixer des plans d'action en cas de besoin.
Formation & Montée en Compétence
- Organiser des sessions de formation continue pour améliorer les techniques de vente et de négociation.
- Assurer l'intégration et la montée en compétence des nouveaux FS.
- Développer des best practices et les partager avec l'équipe.
Pilotage & Analyse du Marché
- Analyser les données de marché et les performances commerciales pour optimiser l'action terrain.
- Identifier les opportunités de croissance et ajuster les stratégies commerciales.
- Assurer une veille concurrentielle pour anticiper les évolutions du marché.
Communication & Reporting
- Remonter les insights terrain et les problématiques commerciales au Directeur Commercial.
- Suivre les KPI et indicateurs de performance de son équipe et proposer des ajustements.
- Être force de proposition pour optimiser l'organisation commerciale et les stratégies de vente.
