We have embarked on a significant digital transformation and growth program coupled with a revision of our commercial processes, tools and KPIs.

Reporting to the Chief Data Officer, the Data Program Manager is a key member of the Hub. He will aggregate all the Data Project in a program portfolio, consolidate the related timeline and ensure right execution of each project considering dependencies, budget, and resources aspects. Acting as a PMO on the data Scope, he will closely interact with the CDO for strategic decision making and all project managers in charge of delivering data projects to collect project status and relevant information.

Mission & Responsibilities

• Data Project Portfolio management:
• Building and producing the global program Roadmap (operational and executive), animate the quarterly and monthly analytics meetings

• Organizing the program delivery identifying dependencies, resources needed and related required investments.

• Centralizing Spoke (region/countries) data project and identify mutualization opportunities.

• Ensure efficient tracking and reporting of the global road map leveraging Azure boards.

• Project Management community:

• Defining and deploying the Data Project Management methodology

• Tracking the status of global project activities and schedules and guaranteeing that priorities and deadlines are being met.

• Ensuring critical issues are identified, tracked through resolution, and escalated if necessary.

• Animate Spoke Project managers, ensure their onboarding and training.

• Hire / Drive Global data project managers (global data use cases)

• Animate recurrent community with stakeholders:

• Manages weekly/monthly project communication and status reporting (inc. executive level)

• Deploying the Data Use Case demand management process with Business and IT stakeholders

• Track Competence budget execution:

• Collaborate with the CDO and leads on the budget design and forecasting

• Identify reallocation opportunities considering the current execution status

• Report the Strategic data initiatives in the LPM program

This position will focus on managing the data projects, spoke deployment and product data lifecycle. The objective is to guarantee the right project development/deployment aligned to business needs.

Profile, Experience & key Competencies

• Master's degree in project or information management or equivalent.

• At least 7 years working in large data project in a major organization.

• Habit to split data project in milestones and estimate timelines.

• Skilled in agile project management tools (desired Azure Boards)

• Experience in managing complex international projects.

• Strong communication skills with different stakeholders (Data specialists, IT, Business, Management, C-Level)

• Fluency in English is required.

• Highest personal and professional integrity and strong work ethics

• Ability to work autonomously while sharing progress and intermediary results.

• Team spirit and engagement in projects

• Ability to develop people, skills in coaching, mentoring, and teaching on the job.

• Demonstrated consulting skills, with change management concepts and strategies, including communication, culture change and performance measurement system design.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time role.
