Your Impact:
The Retail Activation Project Manager position is central to enhancing our brand image and client experience globally, by coordinating our key doors retail activations, with an immediate and significant focus on the launch of our new flagship boutique at the Dubai Mall.
Job responsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
- Elaborate the 360 opening plan of our new iconic Dubai Mall Boutique (November 2026):
- Strategic Launch activation plan definition & execution: Contribute significantly to the planning and execution of the new Dubai Mall boutique launch, a project of major strategic importance for the Maison. This includes developing and implementing a comprehensive activation plan that maximizes brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales performance from day one.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration for Store Opening: Coordinate and collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, Visual Merchandising) and external partners to ensure all aspects of the store opening are meticulously managed, including grand opening events, initial product assortment, staffing readiness, and communication strategies.
- Post-Launch Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Dubai Mall boutique's launch period and regularly monitor, analyze, and report on performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to ensure sustained success.
- Retail Activation & Productivity Optimization:
- Oversee and optimize the productivity of our "New Look" through dedicated activation plans. This involves proposing initiatives to drive foot traffic, conversion rates, and overall sales performance in newly launched or refurbished boutiques.
- Develop and implement activation strategies tailored to specific market needs and store formats, ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines and local consumer preferences.
- Monitor the effectiveness of retail activation initiatives, analyzing data to identify trends, best practices, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistent application of retail activation strategies and to share insights and successes across markets.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on retail activation performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
ProfileExperience:
- 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally within a retail environment or managing retail-focused events.
- Demonstrated understanding of retail operations and retail/field realities.
- Proven experience in event and/or project management.
Experience in premium, involving exposure to high-value clients, would be considered a significant advantage.
