Description
Nous recherchons un Team Leader pour rejoindre notre bureau de Lyon, sous la responsabilité du Directeur des Services.
 
Ce poste stratégique vous placera au cœur de la performance opérationnelle : vous aurez pour mission de piloter une équipe technique, coordonner les projets et garantir la qualité des livrables, tout en contribuant à l'amélioration continue et à la satisfaction client. 

Missions
  • Manager votre équipe : encadrer et motiver les collaborateurs, conduire les entretiens annuels, accompagner la montée en compétences et participer activement au recrutement et à l'intégration.
  • Piloter l'activité : organiser la charge de travail, répartir les ressources en fonction des compétences, suivre l'avancement des projets et veiller au respect des délais. Vous serez également l'interlocuteur privilégié en cas de situations critiques.
  • Assurer la qualité et la performance : contrôler la conformité des livrables, analyser les écarts, mettre en place des actions correctives et suivre les indicateurs clés pour optimiser la performance globale.

Profil Nous recherchons un leader expérimenté, orienté client et doté d'un excellent sens relationnel.
  • Formation & expérience : Bac +5, minimum 5 ans dans un rôle similaire (ERP ou logiciel industriel), management direct d'équipes (10 personnes ou plus).
  • Compétences clés : maîtrise de l'anglais professionnel, bonne connaissance des environnements de développement (Java, GitHub), capacité à prioriser et à prendre des décisions.
  • Qualités personnelles : leadership affirmé, sens de l'animation, capacité à travailler sous pression, esprit collaboratif et orienté résultats.
