AI Product Manager
to work directly with our CEO and engineering teams on building the next generation of observability and trust products.

What You'll Do

  • Own the agentic product roadmap: define, prioritize, and deliver features that bring AI-powered agents into data observability workflows.
  • Bridge AI and data: design how observability signals (metadata, lineage, anomalies, KPIs) can be activated and consumed by agents.
  • Shape the experience: ensure agentic features are usable, explainable, and auditable for enterprise customers.
  • Work hands-on with engineering: prototype, test, and iterate quickly on AI-driven workflows.
  • Engage customers: run discovery with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure product/market fit.
  • Track ecosystem trends: stay close to developments in LLM frameworks, multi-agent systems, and AI observability and translate them into practical product bets.

What We're Looking For

  • Based in Paris or Europe
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in AI/ML products, ideally with agentic or LLM-based systems.
  • Strong technical fluency: you understand concepts like retrieval, orchestration, evaluation, tool use, and can prototype workflows with APIs.
  • Familiarity with data engineering and observability (pipelines, lineage, monitoring).
  • Passion for trustworthy AI: explainability, compliance, and reliability.
  • Excellent product management craft: discovery, prioritization, specs, and delivery.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills able to bridge technical and business worlds.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and comfort operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous space.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to data observability, monitoring, or metadata platforms.
  • Experience building for regulated enterprises (finance, insurance, healthcare).
  • Familiarity with SaaS deployment models (SaaS, hybrid, on-prem agent).
