Fincons is looking for a
Senior Business Process Specialist

Main tasks:

  • Provide senior consultancy support on business process design, implementation, deployment and monitoring.

Requirements

  • Master's degree

Minimum 9 years of experience, including 3 years in:

  • Business process improvement and redesign
  • Develop integration plans for new and existing processes
  • Create and manage process documentation
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams
  • Strong communication and meeting facilitation skills
  • Thrive in international/multicultural environments with self-starting ability
  • Conduct high-level management studies
  • Work independently and collaboratively
  • Client-focused approach
  • Strong command of English (C1/B2).


Work location
: Strasbourg (FR), presence on-site is required 3 days per week
