Job Description
As a Technical Product Manager, you will envision and drive the roadmap for the technical products of the Data-Platform & MLOps teams. These teams are responsible for centralizing and distributing data produced at Mirakl to internal teams (data scientists, analysts, finance, etc.) as well as the products they develop, while providing a dedicated platform for deploying, hosting, and training Machine Learning-oriented models, agents, and applications.
In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and prioritizing features to develop and problems to solve, and you will support your teams in defining and monitoring their development cycles. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and adoption of your products by Mirakl teams.
 
About the products:
The mission of our Data & MLOps team is to support Mirakl's hypergrowth by providing platform capabilities, architecture, and engineering practices while ensuring a high level of autonomy for all Mirakl teams, enabling them to iterate simply and foster an environment of innovation in short cycles.
To this end, we are developing a product approach aimed at offering self-service experiences in a simple, secure, and resilient environment, allowing each team to work autonomously and as efficiently as possible.
The team develops products that enable:

• Managing data through an ingestion, transformation, and distribution platform,
  
• Deploying machine learning models through an inference platform,
  
• Designing machine learning models using a training platform,
  
• Converting these models into concrete products.
  

On a daily basis, you will:

• Define, together with the Engineering Manager, the short and long-term roadmap for the team's product features,
  
• Imagine new innovative features and evolve existing features to expand product adoption,
  
• Refine product initiatives to write the epics and user stories that will form the development teams' backlogs,
  
• Build the team's quarterly commitments and ensure their execution,
  
• Create sprints that deliver incremental value to product users over short periods,
  
• Continuously monitor user feedback to collect their input, anticipate their future needs, and implement automated usage collection mechanisms to adapt the roadmap,
  
• Organize user testing to validate the product strategy in the field.
  

What We're Looking For:

• You have at least 5 years of experience in a product management role
  
• You have experience designing highly technical products
  
• You are familiar with concepts related to data platform management
  
• You master the challenges of creating data-based products, particularly through the development of agents and models
  
• You have demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
  
• You are familiar with agile development methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, etc.)
  
• You speak French and English fluently
  
• You are familiar with our stack and tools:
  • Tools: Figjam, Jira, Slack, Google Suite
    
  • Application stack: Databricks, Java, Scala, Python, Kafka, PostgreSQL
    
  • Infrastructure stack: Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, Azure, Terraform, ArgoCD, Datadog, Python
    

Nice to have:

• You have similar experience within a SaaS software company
  
• You have significant experience in a Databricks environment
  
• You have a technical background related to data management
  
• You have hands-on experience in the product marketplace universe
