*Contexte et environnement*
L'équipe Energy Management France assure la gestion de l'énergie des portefeuilles de TotalEnergies en France dans un contexte de fort développement commercial. Le contexte de marché actuel représente un énorme challenge pour l'équipe qui doit relever le défi à la hauteur des ambitions de la Compagnie.

Le/la titulaire contribue à l'activité de pricing pour le segment B2C de TotalEnergies. Il/elle a pour objectif la définition de la structure et du prix des offres, le suivi des évolutions réglementaires et tarifaires impactant le segment B2C, le maintien et la mise à jour des outils de pricing, le tout dans le respect des politiques de gestion de risque de l'entreprise.

*Activités*
En tant qu'Analyste Pricing B2C, vous devrez :

  • Vous assurer de la bonne réalisation de l'activité opérationnelle de pricing B2C : pricing des offres d'électricité et gaz naturel, proposition de positionnement tarifaire pour validation au management de l'entité et diffusion des grilles tarifaires.
  • Superviser l'évaluation continue du tarif réglementé de vente de l'électricité (TRVE) et analyser les impacts PnL du portefeuille associé.
  • Mesurer et analyser les PnL de l'activité B2C en fonction de la trajectoire d'acquisition/renouvellement des clients, de l'environnement de marché et des évolutions réglementaires.
  • Proposer des évolutions sur les méthodes de pricing et de couverture des risques des offres en collaboration avec les autres équipes de l'Energy Management.
  • Vous assurer de la fiabilité du processus de vente et de facturation de nos clients et participer aux ateliers d'évolution transverses.
  • Participer activement aux actions de lobbying auprès des autorités compétentes sur les sujets réglementaires ayant un impact sur le pricing B2C (évolutions TRV, boucliers tarifaires, mécanisme de capacité, tarifs d'acheminement ATRT/ATRD/TURPE)
  • Participer au développement de nouvelles offres innovantes (offres effacement, bornes de recharge) et étudier la compétitivité des offres existantes dans l'environnement concurrentiel de la fourniture.

*Profil du candidat*
Vous êtes de formation supérieure : école d'ingénieur, école de commerce ou formation universitaire de niveau Master

Vous avez minimum 3 ans d'expérience notamment dans le domaine de l'énergie

Vous avez une bonne connaissance des marchés de l'électricité et du gaz naturel en France

Vous maîtrisez Excel et VBA et avez des connaissances en Python et/ou SQL pour l'analyse de données

Vous parlez un anglais courant

Excellentes capacités de communication écrite et orale
