Responsabilités

Rattaché(e) au Service Clients de notre société et placé(e) sous la responsabilité du Responsable de Région, vous êtes en charge de la maintenance et de l'étalonnage des équipements de mesures de gaz et de particules sur les sites de nos clients.

Plus communément appelé "Responsable de Sites" au sein d'ENVEA, votre rôle consiste à maintenir une relation privilégiée avec vos clients basés en Ile-de-France, majoritairement à Paris, Evry et Vitry.

Vos missions principales ressemblent à :

  • Réaliser le suivi technique de nos installations de mesure (gaz, poussières, etc) ;

  • Suivre les stocks des pièces détachées et des bouteilles de gaz ;

  • Organiser la maintenance préventive, curative et les mises en services d'équipement ;

  • Suivre les gammes de maintenance ;

  • Optimiser les coûts d'intervention ;

  • Réaliser le reporting des interventions selon la procédure en vigueur ;

  • Garantir la satisfaction des clients à travers la qualité des interventions et des échanges techniques.

Profil

  • De formation BTS ou Licence de type Mesures Physiques, Maintenance Industrielle, Electronique ou Métrologie, vous disposez d'une première expérience sur un poste ou dans un secteur similaire.

  • Vous disposez d'un excellent relationnel, avez le goût pour l'autonomie et souhaitez travailler en lien direct avec le client final.

  • Des connaissances en Mesures / Métrologie (étalonnages, calibrations, mesures de la poussière et températures) et Mécanique sont essentielles.

  • Des connaissances en Electronique et Hydraulique sont un réel plus.

Conditions de travail

  • CDI Temps plein

  • Forfait jours

  • En itinérance du lundi au vendredi, découchages à prévoir

Rémunération

  • Selon profil : salaire fixe + variables mensuelles (~37/38K pour une année complète d'activité)

  • Prime sur objectif 2x / an

  • Prime d'assiduité annuelle

  • Prime d'ancienneté mensuelle dès 3 ans de présence
