As Collaboration Platforms Service Owner within the Digital Workplace team, you will be responsible for managing and evolving collaboration and productivity solutions (messaging, Microsoft 365, meeting tools, etc.) for the entire House. You will operate in an exciting environment where security, innovation (Generative AI, Copilot), and continuous improvement are key priorities.

This role places you at the center of interactions with many internal and external stakeholders (local teams, technical partners, Microsoft, cybersecurity, etc.), balancing local adaptation with global standardization. Regular travel, especially to London, is expected.

What You Will Bring

  • Strong experience (minimum 5 years) in architecting and administering collaboration and messaging solutions (Microsoft 365, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Expertise in cybersecurity for collaborative environments.
  • Team spirit, educational skills, ability to explain technical topics to non-experts.
  • Fluent English.
  • Autonomy, rigor, project management abilities, and a talent for uniting cross-functional teams.
  • Comfort in complex and multicultural environments.
