We're Hiring: Frontend Developers (React + TypeScript) Large-scale, mission-critical IT systems

We are looking for 3 experienced Frontend Developers to join a high-impact project focused on modernising and enhancing a large-scale European IT system operating in the fields of border management, migration, and internal security.

This project is part of a major system upgrade aiming to improve performance, scalability, interoperability, and usability, within a highly collaborative, agile, and security-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Write clean, modular, and well-structured code to implement layouts, styles, and interactive functionalities

Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use

Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate designs into responsive and visually consistent interfaces

Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs

Use version control tools (e.g. GitHub) to manage changes and collaborate efficiently

Work closely with backend developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration

Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and scalability

Requirements:

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Frontend development

Strong hands-on experience with React and TypeScript

Solid understanding of the full web development lifecycle (design, development, deployment)

Experience in browser testing, debugging, and optimization

Strong analytical and multitasking skills with high attention to detail Business-oriented mindset

Technical portfolio showcasing diverse front-end work

Nice to Have

Experience in client-facing roles

Background in large-scale IT projects

Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
