QA/QC Supervisor or Inspector – Welding Scope (M/F)
Key Information:

Mission Context
As part of several industrial projects across France, we are looking for multiple QA/QC profiles specialized in welding quality control. These projects involve complex industrial facilities (flue gas treatment, waste-to-energy plants, piping connections, etc.). The role includes both operational field supervision and quality documentation management.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise on-site welding activities, including golden joints
  • Perform visual inspections and ensure compliance with quality procedures
  • Provide technical support to on-site welding teams
  • Manage welding-related documentation: WPS, WPQR, WSL, Welding Book
  • Ensure all works comply with applicable standards and contractual requirements
  • Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors
  • Act as the on-site quality reference, able to handle complex situations
  • IWE, IWT, or IWS certification preferred
  • Proven experience in QA/QC supervision or inspection in welding operations
  • Strong knowledge of welding-related quality documentation and standards
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage site teams
  • Rigor, autonomy, and reactivity in a demanding environment
  • Fluent in French and English; Italian is a plus
  • Previous experience on thermal projects (MSW / Biomass / WTE) and/or industrial boilers is a strong asset
  • Familiarity with welding standards and industrial quality requirements
