Tax Specialist

Main missions :

Tax management

• Support in the preparation of individual and consolidated tax packages for the tax group, in collaboration with the holding company's accounting department
• Assistance in the preparation of tax proofs for French entities during annual closings
• Monitoring of cash tax in France (Holdings and subsidiaries) during budgeting and forecasting phases, together with Controlling and/or Consolidation teams
• Follow-up of tax matters with the "Benelux" finance team (corporate tax, VAT, etc.)

Tax advisory

• Advice and assistance to the Group's subsidiaries on their recurring and exceptional operations involving various national taxes: corporate tax, VAT, CVAE, and other direct and indirect contributions
• Advice and assistance in international taxation (preparation of CbCR, transfer pricing - contribution to the drafting of local file & master file, management and follow-up of foreign WHT, DAC 6, etc.), participation in the implementation of Pillar 2
• Tax review of French and international commercial contracts
• Assistance during tax audits and tax litigation in France (and coordination/monitoring of tax audits in the Benelux)
• Drafting of various tax reports and memos in both French and English
• Regular monitoring of national and international tax developments

• Law firms

• Master's degree (BAC+5) in Corporate Taxation or equivalent, with at least 3 years of successful experience in a law firm or within a large international group

• Proficiency in office tools (especially Excel & PowerPoint) as well as tax databases
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Dynamic and personable, with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
• Methodical and rigorous, with recognized analytical and synthesis skills
• Strong written and verbal communication, autonomous and proactive
• Good knowledge of finance and accounting
