About the mission we offer you:
The T.EN volunteer program aims to enable our employees to give their time to associations that share the company's values. Priority is given to the fields of education, health, and support for local communities.

The intern will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Coordinating and maintaining the volunteer communication plan in support of the volunteer steering committee (SteerCo)
• Coordinating initiatives with the Paris cluster's partner centers
• Keeping SteerCo minutes and following up on actions discussed at meetings
• Maintaining the list of associations we support. This includes maintaining contact with them, following up with T.EN employees who collaborate with them, and monitoring compliance for new organizations that the SteerCo has decided to pursue.
• Organizing the SteerCo Teams channel.
• Monitoring the volunteer steering committee's email
• Welcoming and responding to employee questions
• Liaising with the Communications teams to align our respective schedules and ensure the visibility of WeVolunteer's actions
• Updating the initiatives platform
• Preparing cluster reporting to the T.EN group
• Monitoring the budget and clocked hours

During this internship, you will be supported by a mentor who will answer any questions you may have.
