Vendôm vous propose une opportunité exceptionnelle en tant que
Directeur du Revenue Management (H/F)
pour un
Groupe Hôtelier
basée à Bordeaux.

Sous la responsabilité du Directeur Général et en collaboration avec les directions marketing, commerciale et opérationnelle, vous aurez la charge de piloter la stratégie de revenue management pour l'ensemble des établissements du groupe.

Profil recherché :

  • Expérience confirmée (minimum 5 à 8 ans) en revenue management dans un environnement multi-hôtels.
  • Excellente maîtrise des outils de RM et des PMS et des CRM.
  • Très bonne connaissance des canaux de distribution hôteliers (OTA, site direct, GDS, TO…).
  • Esprit analytique, sens du détail et forte orientation résultats.
  • Capacité à manager, fédérer et faire monter en compétence une équipe.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
