Wat ga je doen als Operations Field Supervisor
Als Field Supervisor ben jij de drijvende kracht in het veld: je overziet de dagelijkse operatie en zorgt voor een vlekkeloze integratie van innovatieve projecten. Jouw groeipad: Je start met een gericht opleidingstraject waarin je alle ins en outs leert van de Operationele Dagdienst (ODD). Na afronding stroom je door naar het traject voor Operations Field Supervisor, waarbij je leert om operatie en projecten naadloos op elkaar te laten aansluiten. Wat verlangen we van jou als Operations Field Supervisor?
- Werkervaring op een tankopslag terminal en bekend met de terminalorganisatie, installaties, procedures en werkmethoden;
- MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur aangevuld met een afgeronde Vapro B opleiding;
- Goede kennis van vereiste kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en milieuvoorschriften alsmede kennis van de producten in relatie tot veiligheid en milieu;
- Kennis van de eigenschappen van opgeslagen producten;
- Bereidheid tot het volgen van opleidingen en cursussen;
- In bezit van rijbewijs en eigen vervoer;
- Competenties: zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kunnen werken, klantvriendelijke, service gericht, flexibele instelling, goede contactuele eigenschappen, goed veiligheidsbewustzijn, integer en aantoonbaar ownership;
- Housekeeping van de Terminal;
Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit?
- Als Operations Field Supervisor begeleid je deze projecten en onderhoudswerken op de terminals. Jouw dag bestaat uit:
- Opstellen M-loto plannen, en verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoer in het veld;
- Leeg en drukvrij maken equipment voor werkzaamheden maintenance of contractors;
- Het checken van technische specificaties, werkomschrijvingen en tekeningen.
- Het bespreken van de werkzaamheden voor de komende dag.
- Uitgifte van vergunningen conform het Control Of Work proces.
- Bijhouden van de waterzuiveringen en het ketelhuis.
- Verantwoordelijk voor de JET A1, uitvoeren fast flushes en het nemen van samples.
- Het begeleiden van de aannemers in hun werk.
- De controle van de werkzaamheden qua planning, veiligheid en kwaliteit.
- Jouw (technische) begeleiding waardoor de aannemers tijd effectief, goed voorbereid en veilig hun geplande werk kunnen doen.
- Afname van de werken in het veld.
- Overdracht doen of begeleiden aan Operations (OPS).
