A leading international industrial group is looking for a
Senior Software Engineer (Golang)
to join its
Digital Factory / EcoStruxure Automation Expert (EAE) Runtime Team
.
The position is focused on the
design, development, and optimization of industrial-grade software
within a high-performance environment. The successful candidate will contribute to the
evolution of advanced automation solutions
, working on critical runtime components in an
Agile international team
.
- Participate in
requirements analysis
and contribute to the refinement of technical specifications. - Design, implement, and maintain
secure, reliable, and reusable software components. - Ensure applications meet the highest standards of
performance, scalability, and reliability
. - Identify, analyze, and resolve
bottlenecks, bugs, and system issues
. - Contribute to the
continuous improvement
of code quality, development processes, and automation practices. - Collaborate within a
Scrum/Agile team
spread across different countries and technical domains.
| WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU ?
- 6+ years of software development experience
, including
2+ years with Golang
. - Proven expertise in writing
modular, testable, and maintainable code
aligned with industry standards. - Solid understanding of
design and architectural patterns
. - Familiarity with
Test-Driven Development, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile best practices
. - Strong hands-on experience in
debugging, profiling, and optimizing code
. - Knowledge of
containerization technologies
(Docker, Kubernetes). - Comfortable working in
Linux environments
with a strong grasp of kernel fundamentals (scheduling, memory, processes, etc.). - Good communication skills in
English
(written and spoken). - Background in
networking and communication protocols
. - Bonus: knowledge of
IEC 61499
.
