MISSIONS

As part of the Global Sales team, you will work on Inclusive Business projects and CSR partnerships with major retailers.

  • Inclusive Business

Inclusive Business consists of supporting the commercial development of a company with a strong social dimension by integrating local populations into its value chain, enabling them to access better incomes and living conditions.

At Bel, Inclusive Business programmes rely on networks of micro-entrepreneurs who distribute our products (street vendors, grocers). In return for their sales, these micro-entrepreneurs have access to social benefits that meet their needs, such as professional training, health insurance and financial services.

Inclusive Business has a dual objective that reflects its DNA: an economic objective, which is to sustainably increase sales of Bel Group brands, and a social objective, which is to improve the living conditions of Bel retailers and help them integrate into the modern economy.

Half of your duties will consist of supporting the development of Inclusive Business programmes, particularly in regions where they have already been launched (Vietnam, Morocco, Madagascar, India, etc.):

  • Collecting and analysing commercial performance and social impact KPIs and associated reporting
  • Supporting local teams: monitoring the smooth running of programmes, exploring new projects, etc.
  • Developing internal programme communication: newsletters, internal website, etc.
  • Preparing quarterly impact letters in collaboration with our partner agency.
  • Participating in the development of e-learning content for micro-entrepreneurs.

  • Constantly monitoring the inclusive business ecosystem.

  • CSR for Sales

The second half of your duties will consist of developing tools to support Sales Departments in developing CSR partnerships with retail customers in developed countries: France, USA, Canada, etc. You will work closely with Bel's Group CSR team.

  • Analysis of customer CSR commitments worldwide
  • Development of tools to promote Bel's CSR commitments to customers: training, standard presentations, workshops, etc.
  • Relations with the group's subsidiaries on CSR issues
  • Collection and analysis of the performance of experiments conducted with partner distributors.
  • Participation in the development of internal and external communication materials.

PROFILE

  • You are a student on a gap year or nearing the end of your studies with some successful work experience under your belt.
  • You are particularly interested in CSR issues and the environmental and social impact of businesses.
  • You have strong analytical and summarising skills.
  • You are organised, structured and dynamic.
  • You enjoy working in an international environment and have good interpersonal skills.
  • You are proactive and creative, and want to work on strong brands that are leaders in their categories.
  • You are fluent in English.
