You will play a pivotal role in our Logistics Department, managing the intricate dance of international shipping to ensure every campaign element is delivered with precision and cost-efficiency. This is an opportunity to directly contribute to our clients' success by providing high-quality logistics solutions on a global scale.

Ideal start and end date for this position: Mid March to end of Nov 2026

Responsibilities

You will manage the end-to-end logistics of global campaigns, ensuring seamless execution through the following:

  • Shipment Oversight: Lead shipments from point of handover through to final delivery to the end user.
  • Provider Management: Direct relationships and daily communication with logistics service providers and external customers.
  • Warehouse & Inventory: Coordinate with local warehouses and manage product returns and empty pallet recovery.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with Project Management and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely campaign delivery.
  • Financial Control: Manage provider invoices (verification, approval, and recording) and maintain strict cost and quality controls.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain real-time system updates and produce/analyze KPIs to track logistics performance.

Skills and Experience
  • Background: Proven expertise in navigating the French logistics landscape, with a specific focus on retail distribution and transportation networks.
  • Education: University degree or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of carrier/parcel markets, container handling, warehousing, and customs regulations.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication skills for managing external stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is essential.
