About the Company
Injectpower is a startup based in the Grenoble region, in Moirans. We specialize in developing microbatteries for implantable medical devices using microelectronics tools. Our current team of around ten people is working on industrializing the technology in collaboration with the CEA (French Alternative Energies and Atomic Energy Commission). In the medium term, we plan to develop our own production line in the Grenoble area and adapt our product to several medical applications. We are looking for an engineer to join our R&D team as a Test Solutions Developer, in a small team that is set to grow.

Job Description
We are seeking an autonomous and proactive individual. You will contribute to the development of characterization systems, particularly focusing on their enhancement and automation. Your responsibilities will include developing the human-machine interface for test equipment, creating new test functionalities, and supporting the implementation of new test instruments. You will deploy tools suitable for increasing the volume of measurements and establishing quality processes (CI, documentation).

Your main responsibilities will include:

Software Design and Development:

• Develop and validate tools for preparing, supervising, and controlling measurements.
• Ensure the reliability of the communication interface with laboratory measurement equipment and make it accessible to operators.
• Implement data management tools to support the laboratory's growth (standardization, improving file storage formats, setting up a database).
• Develop tools for visualizing and automatically analyzing measurements.

Maintenance and Support:

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the software developed for test benches; provide technical support to the R&D teams.

Integration and Documentation:

• Implement tools necessary for quality requirements (CI, CD, etc.).
• Write technical documentation and user manuals.

Education and Skills

• Engineering degree in computer science, electronics, automation, instrumentation, or a related field.
• Programming skills (collaborative coding, version control with Git); advanced proficiency in Python; human-machine interface.
• Experience in programming instrumentation and test benches.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in technical English.

Additional Skills:

• Database management skills would be a strong asset.
• Experience in highly regulated environments such as medical devices or aeronautics.
• Knowledge of instrumentation/circuits.
