We have partnered with a European Infrastructure Private Equity fund hiring an Associate to its Paris based investment team on the back of recent fundraising success. As an Associate you will have full exposure to the full deal lifecycle and this position requires a fluent Spanish speaker. THE ROLE:Complete the analysis, modelling and evaluation of proposals, performing sensitivity analysis and benchmarksAssist with in -house industry and company investment research for the European market in general, and Germany in particularProvide assistance and guidance during the initial screening stage of an investment opportunityContribute to the production of the 1 pager/peer review document, new deal summary and investment papersLead and own internal due diligence work stream for senior managementFollow up on legal documents/agreements and communicate to relevant internal stakeholdersWork with internal groups to monitor ongoing investments by; Regularly reviewing financial performance, valuations of portfolio companies, monitoring and evaluating relevant sectorsAssist with preparation and execution of sell side process Requirements3rd level degree from a top -tier institution Proficiency in written and spoken Spanish is requiredGood attention to detailStrong communication skillsAnalytical thinker and results driven Benefits To discuss this opportunity in confidence please apply directly via the link provided or reach out to Diarmuid Clancy via ;\/span>.
