Missions: Your Core ResponsibilitiesAs our Talent Acquisition Intern, you will be a true partner in growth, focusing primarily on finding and attracting top profiles for our teams in France and internationally.Sourcing & Headhunting (Strong Focus): Master the art of hunting for passive candidates on platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and specialized job boards. Your mission is to build a solid pipeline of high-potential talents.Candidate Experience Management: Handle the entire recruitment process for your assigned roles, from the initial screening calls to organizing interviews and gathering feedback. You are the face of ImplicityEmployer Branding & Projects: Contribute actively to projects aimed at improving our candidate experience, boosting our visibility on social media, and refining our recruitment materials and tools. Accountabilities: What You Will AchieveThis is a deep dive into the fast-paced world of a scaleup. You will be accountable for:Pipeline Generation: Achieving weekly and monthly targets for qualified candidates sourced and added to the pipeline for different roles (Tech, Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.).First-Level Screening: Conducting engaging and effective initial screening interviews to assess candidates' cultural fit, motivation, and skills.Data & Tracking: Maintaining up-to-date and accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring a clean recruitment funnel. Experience & Profile: Who You AreThis role is designed for a student ready to tackle concrete, high-impact challenges in an international environment.Academic Background: You are currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +5), ideally in Human Resources, Business School, or a related field, and this is your mandatory end-of-studies internship.Attitude is Key: You are proactive, autonomous, and genuinely passionate about understanding people and connecting them with the right opportunities.Hunter Mindset: You are tenacious, creative in your sourcing methods, and aren't afraid to pick up the phone or send a personalized message to convince the best talents.Communication Skills: You are fluent in French and English (essential for our international growth).The Bonus: Any prior experience (even short) in recruitment, a scaleup, or using LinkedIn Recruiter is a major plus.Recruitment ProcessHere's how we'll get to know you: 1st HR Contact with Astrid (30 min). Situational Exercise / Case Study (1 hour - to assess your sourcing skills and strategic thinking).
