Job Description

Yacht Charter Sale Broker

The main areas of responsibility include:

  • Developing a portfolio of Sale Clients, Yachts and contacts
  • Looking for new Yacht listings
  • Basic marketing: regular newsletters, social media updates
  • Support the Sales Director as required, assisting the team
  • Redacting contracts and assisting clients in the entire process of the sale
  • Taking care of day charters in the Summer season

The required skills and abilities include:

  • Highly motivated, reliable, flexible and eager to learn
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English & French. Other languages are a great plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Very organized and able to meet deadlines
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative and be a team player
  • Capacity to handle multiple clients, contracts and enquiries at once.
  • Capacity to develop strong professional relationships with / retain clients.
  • Knowledge of the yacht selection
  • Knowledge of cruising destinations and activities around
  • Excellent numerical and organizational skills, accuracy and the ability to deal directly with Yacht-Captains and clients, in a busy working environment
  • Knowledge the field of technologies (Computer Mac, Iphone) Computer skills : Word, Excel, Mail, Adobe (Basic Photoshop, PDF), Internet

2-4 years experience in yachting + a Vehicule

Sales experience / knowledge is an advantage

This is a shore-based full-time position.
