Position Overview

EBEP is seeking a motivated, creative, and confident intern to join our Marketing, Communication & Innovation team. This role offers hands-on experience in marketing strategy, digital communication, and innovation implementation within an international academic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing and communication strategies across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Create engaging content for EBEP's website, newsletters, and social media.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Support innovation and branding projects, student engagement initiatives, and institutional partnerships.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external audiences.
  • Conduct short interviews and engage with the public for promotional or research purposes.
  • Help organize events, workshops, and promotional campaigns related to EBEP's programs.
  • Track and analyze communication performance (KPIs, engagement metrics, etc.).

Candidate Profile

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferred) in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident in public speaking and capable of conducting interviews.
  • Interest in innovation, education, and digital transformation.
  • Proficient with digital tools (social media, Canva, Adobe Suite, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Creative, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team.
  • English and/or French proficiency required (bilingual candidates preferred).

EBEP recherche un(e) stagiaire motivé(e), créatif(ve) et à l'aise à l'oral pour rejoindre son équipe Marketing, Communication & Innovation.

Ce stage offre une expérience concrète dans la stratégie marketing, la communication digitale et la mise en œuvre de projets innovants au sein d'un environnement académique international.

Missions principales

  • Participer au développement et à la mise en œuvre des stratégies de marketing et de communication sur les canaux digitaux et traditionnels.
  • Créer du contenu attractif pour le site web, les newsletters et les réseaux sociaux d'EBEP.
  • Réaliser des études de marché et analyses concurrentielles afin d'identifier les tendances et opportunités.
  • Contribuer à des projets d'innovation, de marque et d'engagement étudiant.
  • Préparer et animer des présentations lors de réunions internes ou événements extérieurs.
  • Mener de courtes interviews et interagir avec le public pour des campagnes promotionnelles ou des études.
  • Participer à l'organisation d'événements, d'ateliers et de campagnes liées aux programmes d'EBEP.
  • Suivre et analyser la performance des actions de communication (KPIs, engagement, etc.).

Profil recherché

  • Étudiant(e) en Bachelor ou Master (Marketing, Communication, Commerce ou domaine équivalent).
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, présentation et relationnel.
  • À l'aise à l'oral et capable d'échanger spontanément avec le public.
  • Intérêt marqué pour l'innovation, l'éducation et la transformation digitale.
  • Maîtrise des outils numériques (réseaux sociaux, Canva, Adobe Suite, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Créatif(ve), proactif(ve) et capable de travailler en autonomie comme en équipe.
  • Maîtrise du français et/ou de l'anglais (bilingue apprécié).
