Only About Children Granville is looking for a confident, passionate, and qualified
Educational Leader
to join our team in a
permanent full-time
role . You'll play a key part in creating a safe, nurturing environment where our youngest children feel secure, supported, and inspired to learn and grow. Only About Children Granville is an expansive childcare 80 place centre with a separate nursery and toddler campus (0-3 years) and another space dedicated for preschool age children (3-5 years)

About The Role
As an
Educational Leader
, you will:

• Guide and mentor educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
• Collaborate with the Campus Leadership Team to enhance curriculum and pedagogy
• Build strong, supportive relationships with families and the wider community
• Encourage curiosity, reflection, and professional growth across the team

You'll be at the heart of inspiring learning outcomes, helping children develop confidence, independence, and emotional wellbeing during their most important early years.

About You
We're looking for a motivated and inspiring leader with:

• A NESA accredited ECT qualification
• 1–2 years of leadership experience (as an Educational Leader or similar)
• A collaborative, team-focused approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
