With almost 350,000 cars on the road, the OEM & dealers partnerships are a key strategic pillar of the Ayvens business and key contributor of MIBS in SG group. The OEM Partnerships will be also a major driver to achieve the future Ayvens strategic plan to be announced soon.
To accompany its growth, the central OEM Partnership team is looking for an International Sales Officer to support the team in various areas.
Areas of responsibilities (What)
The International Sales Officer will be closely working with the Head of Partnerships Operations & Development (and with the OEM Partnerships Director) on a range of multiple initiatives. Some examples are listed below, however the list is not exhaustive and priorities could change over time;
1/ Online price updates:
Coordination with the various stakeholders:
Agree preliminary with each International Partnership Manager which roles & responsibilities are split between them for this specific task
Make sure the price updates processes are thoroughly followed by all stakeholders, thanks to multiple checkpoints: frequent follow-up calls, emails, teams messages and meetings with all the teams: business at local, central IT and OEM partners
Process Improvement: actively contribute to all studies & projects whose goals are to increase the efficiency of the process
2/ Reporting:
Build and/or contribute to the issuance of comprehensive monthly reports for the management. Build and/or contribute to the data quality enhancement via many touchpoints with different stakeholders (other Central Commerce teams, Central IT teams, local business & IT teams etc.) Ensure the data exchanges with Société Générale on Digital NBIs
3/ RV Uplift monitoring:
Execute the calculation processes linked to RV Uplift schemes deployed with several international OEM partners, in close collaboration with the countries and the partners
4/ Miscellaneous:
Provide ad hoc support to all team members. Be the owner or contributor of several recurring tasks, products and events like the Community calls organization, the key contacts mailing list maintenance, many PowerPoint presentations, meetings scheduling, team meeting follow-up document maintenance etc.
4/ Partnership management (optional): the account management of some minor partnerships with OEMs will be contemplated, in association with a more senior colleague.
