1.    Collect and analyze data through research and networking with colleagues to recommendations to senior staff to improve performance of local logistics operations. 
2.    Recognize and assess the sensitivity of information obtained; Respect the confidential nature of sources of information where relevant.
3.    Capture decisions and action points of meetings and complete archiving in the dedicated information channels
4.    Collate data and contribute to preparation of accurate and timely reporting, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), supporting a WFP-wide view of logistics activities that enables informed decision-making and consistency of information presented to stakeholders. 
5.    Support the Supply Chain unit with drafting of social media content (blog posts, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and ensuring coordination with the comms and OIM team for posting of content online, ensuring all publications are in line with WFP standards and templates.
6.    Lead the consolidation of reporting timelines and meetings, ensuring an up-to-date project calendar is available at all times.
7.    Establish and maintain internal and external information sharing mechanisms and systems; documentation formats, assessment formats, central file store, operations archive, reporting systems for the project, ensuring archiving of all approved mechanisms on the established information channels.
8.    Support in strengthening the accessibility, flow, and quality of products to communicate essential project information, data, and evidence for internal use and decision-making. This can include setting up, expanding, and maintaining existing interactive dashboards, online platforms, and static products to map out the information.
9.    Ensure that accurate and consistent information concerning all project activities is made available via the project website and associated GLC platforms, through focused communications materials, and in standardized and/or ad-hoc reports upon request from partners and WFP management.
10.    Develop a catalogue of project materials to be used by Project Manager and Project Steering Committee for use when making public appearances and attending external meetings.
11.    Prepare briefing materials for internal and external use; provide input on project developments to improve communications, information sharing, and coordination; and report to internal or external stakeholders concerning specific related activities.
12.    Collaborate with counterparts internally and with other UN agencies to ensure consistency in humanitarian information and to complement WFP analysis and information.
13.    Others as required.
