What You'll Do
As a generalist Consultant/Project Leader or Principal affiliated to BCG Transform practice, you will be working alongside some of the world's top minds in the industry. You will work hand in hand with the decision makers of our client company, having a real seat at the table. Through your project you will accompany companies from a variety of sectors and industries through decisive changes around the globe. The majority of your time will be spent as part of the BCG Transform team composed of members of different backgrounds collaborating intensively and building a long-term relation with our client.
You will also dedicate time to further develop and deepen BCG's expertise in restructuring and turnaround, as well as supporting BCG Partners in business development initiatives. On a day to day basis this will translate in:
- Contribute to BCG Transform's growth in operational and financial restructuring through active case work, client relations, and creating valuable IP and products.
- Offer expertise in turnaround projects across various industries, emphasizing operational restructuring and immediate performance boosts.
- Analyze financials to assess situations and formulate quick action plans.
- Identify key immediate improvements and advocate for their adoption with company leaders.
- Collaborate with BCG and client teams, sharing knowledge both internally and on client sites.
- Lead intellectually by inspiring project teams with innovative ideas and frameworks for research and analysis.
- Engage in business growth activities through client interactions and participation in industry events.
What You'll Bring
- Over 7 years of work experience gained in a lateral environment with a focus on turnaround and restructuring topics
- A track record of leading corporate and financial restructuring projects
- Have experience actively managing multiple client and stakeholder relationships and networking within the client organization to understand their needs and help influence the client agenda
- Have the interpersonal skills to partner with executive management teams as they implement a new vision and passion for enabling leaders to drive change within organizations set you apart
- Be a collaborative team player with positive attitude, high ethical standards and experienced in international work
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English, in addition to a strong presence and leadership skills
