We are looking for an
HR Data & Analytics Director
to lead the global strategy for HR data governance, analytics, and digital transformation. Reporting to the Digital, Data & Analytics leadership, you will ensure the quality, consistency, and compliance of HR data, while overseeing global and regional reporting and dashboards. You will also develop predictive and analytical approaches to enhance performance and support decision-making.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive the implementation of the global HR data strategy and governance framework.
  • Supervise the delivery of analytics, dashboards, and reporting at global and regional levels.
  • Promote a data-driven culture across HR teams worldwide.
  • Support regional teams in deploying and optimizing HR digital solutions.
  • Partner with Finance, Operations, and Data Office teams on strategic transformation projects.
  • Lead and develop a diverse team of data experts, project managers, and regional HRIS leads.

Profile sought:

  • 10+ years of experience in data-driven or digital transformation projects, including team leadership.
  • Strong command of BI and HRIS tools (Power BI, SuccessFactors, advanced Excel).
  • Solid understanding of data governance and GDPR compliance.
  • Bilingual in French and English.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical, business, and leadership skills.
  • Comfortable working in complex, international environments.

Directeur Data RH & Analytics
pour piloter la stratégie mondiale de gouvernance et de valorisation de la donnée RH. Rattaché(e) à la direction Digital, Data & Analytics, vous garantissez la qualité, la cohérence et la conformité des données RH, tout en supervisant le reporting et les tableaux de bord globaux et régionaux. Vous développez également une approche analytique et prédictive au service de la performance et de la prise de décision.

Vos missions :

  • Déployer la stratégie mondiale de gouvernance et de valorisation de la donnée RH.
  • Superviser le reporting, les tableaux de bord et les analyses au niveau global et régional.
  • Promouvoir une culture « data-driven » au sein des équipes RH internationales.
  • Accompagner les régions dans le déploiement et l'optimisation des solutions digitales RH.
  • Collaborer avec les directions Finance, Opérations et Data Office sur des projets stratégiques.
  • Manager une équipe d'experts, de chefs de projet et de référents régionaux.

Profil recherché :

  • Expérience d'au moins 10 ans dans la donnée ou la transformation digitale, incluant le management d'équipe.
  • Maîtrise des outils BI et SIRH (Power BI, SuccessFactors, Excel avancé).
  • Solides connaissances en gouvernance de données et conformité RGPD.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
  • Esprit stratégique, sens de l'analyse et leadership collaboratif.
  • Capacité à évoluer dans des environnements internationaux exigeants.
