Key Skills :

IT Leadership ( should have handled teams in past 4-5 yrs of experience)

Handled IT ASSET Management Projects primarily including ( Device or Desktop as a service )

Knowledge and experience in OEM coordination ( HP, DELL, Lenovo etc)

IT Budgeting ( Forecast and budget allocation )

Cost Optimization Initiatives ( IT asset lifecycle Management)

End User Support – Applications and Hardware

Ensure End User assets are security compliant. ( ePO security compliance)

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership – IT ASSET Management and deployment

Lead the end-to-end execution of the IT Asset Management which includes Desktop/ Device as a Service projects (including scoping of asset distribution, Project planning, implementation, and transition to operations)

Own the full lifecycle of end-user devices — from procurement to deployment, management, and retirement.

Procurement & Vendor Management

Manage and streamline Assets procurement processes with OEMs (Dell, HP, Lenovo, etc.).

Drive commercial negotiations, contract finalization, and vendor performance tracking.

Build and maintain vendor catalogues aligned to organization/device standards.

Client Engagement

Act as the single point of contact for the client throughout the DaaS project lifecycle.

Present project updates, timelines, and risk mitigation plans to client stakeholders.

Ensure service delivery aligns with agreed SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations.

Responsible for preparing Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly review dashboards

Technical Oversight

Coordinate with internal IT teams for imaging, provisioning, MDM/UEM (e.g., Intune, Tanium, JAMF) integration.

Ensure zero-touch deployment and seamless end-user onboarding.

Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure endpoint security compliance.

Budget & Cost Optimization

Track and manage project budget, forecast hardware requirements, and report ROI.

Identify cost-saving opportunities through optimized procurement and asset lifecycle management.
