Vous interviendrez au sein d'une
équipe RH EMEA
, en lien direct avec les équipes globales basées à l'étranger.

Les missions du poste :

Rattaché·e à la Direction RH, votre rôle consiste à
sécuriser les opérations RH
, fiabiliser la
donnée RH
, participer à la standardisation des pratiques multi-pays et accompagner la
montée en maturité des outils et process.

HR Operations – Employee Lifecycle :

  • Gérer l'ensemble du cycle RH : contrats, avenants, onboardings/offboardings, mobilités internationales.
  • Assurer les étapes de pré-onboarding (création des accès, coordination interne).
  • Traiter une volumétrie importante de documents RH avec un haut niveau d'exactitude.
  • Répondre aux demandes RH via l'outil de ticketing (Jira).

Data RH & SIRH :

  • Mettre à jour les données RH dans Workday et garantir leur qualité.
  • Réaliser des data-checks réguliers et sécuriser la fiabilité des informations.
  • Contribuer à la documentation des process et workflows.
  • Participer aux projets de digitalisation, d'automatisation et d'amélioration continue.

Support multi-pays :

  • Apporter un support opérationnel aux équipes RH locales sur plusieurs pays européens.
  • Participer à l'harmonisation et à la standardisation des pratiques RH.
  • Intervenir ponctuellement sur d'autres périmètres internationaux selon les besoins.

Coordination internationale & projets RH :

  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes RH globales (Workday, C&B, HR Ops).
  • Contribuer aux projets d'automatisation des contrats et d'optimisation du joining process.
  • Apporter un regard structuré pour fluidifier et fiabiliser les workflows RH.


Profil recherché :

  • Expérience confirmée en
    HR Operations
    , idéalement dans un environnement international, tech et/ou finance en croissance forte.
  • Aisance sur les outils RH (Workday apprécié, Jira un plus).
  • Très bonne organisation, rigueur, sens du détail.
  • Capacité à gérer une forte volumétrie et plusieurs sujets en parallèle.
  • Anglais courant obligatoire à l'écrit et à l'oral
    (usage quotidien).
  • Esprit collaboratif, autonomie, sens du service et adaptabilité.
