We're looking for an
Account Director and European strategy lead
to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving Regrow's growth and influence within the European market. In this role, you will be responsible for
shaping our EU strategy
, expanding key accounts, and building strategic partnerships to accelerate market traction. You will also serve as a trusted advisor to our customers, helping them leverage our technology to design and scale regenerative agriculture programs that are both credible and profitable.

, excels at building high-impact relationships, and is passionate about driving long-term customer success and business growth. You will work closely with Regrow Customer Success Lead to ensure alignment on account expansion, renewals, and commercial opportunities.

What You'll Do

EU Strategy & Market Development

  • Develop and execute Regrow's EU strategy : Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our presence and influence within the European market.
  • Represent Regrow at key industry events : Attend conferences, policy discussions, and stakeholder meetings to build Regrow's network and credibility with the EU Commission, policymakers, and industry leaders.
  • Build strategic partnerships : Collaborate with private organizations and industry bodies to drive market traction and create opportunities for joint initiatives.

Customer Success

  • Lead account expansion strategies : Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Drive renewal success : Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention by aligning program outcomes with customer goals, and proactively addressing renewal opportunities.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor : Guide customers in designing and implementing regenerative agriculture programs that deliver measurable impact and ROI.
  • Lead executive engagements : Prepare for and facilitate high-level meetings, such as quarterly business reviews, to align on strategic priorities and growth opportunities.
  • Champion customer health : Monitor account engagement and performance, flagging risks and opportunities early to ensure proactive management.
  • Lead customer project planning : Develop and manage key milestones and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams and the Account Director.
  • Drive executional excellence : Own day-to-day project coordination, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met to support adoption, retention, and growth.
  • Voice of the customer : Synthesize customer feedback to inform product roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, and Regrow's overall value proposition.

What You Bring

  • 7–10 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as consulting, customer success, business development, or strategic account management, with a focus on expansion and renewals .
  • Proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional programs or projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences and driving business growth.
  • Experience in agribusiness, agriculture, or sustainability , with familiarity with EU policies, market dynamics, and stakeholder ecosystems.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute at both a high level and in granular detail.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills : Comfortable engaging with executives, policymakers, and technical stakeholders to drive alignment and collaboration.
  • Strong communication skills : Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly in written, verbal, and presentation formats.
  • Passion for Regrow's mission and a drive to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

$65,000 - $180,000 a year
